HEALTH SAFETY NUTRITION IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION (3)Examination of nutrition, health and safety practice, including study of health related issues, use and implementation of Illinois Health and Physical Development Learning Standards, and development of safety, nutrition, health and physical development/fitness education in children ages 0-8.
