CHILD DEVELOPMENT I - AGES 0-3 (3)Continuum of development from conception through toddlerhood, age 3. Emphasis on study of developmental domains, including perceptual, motor, cognitive, brain, language, social-emotional development, mental health and temperament, in the context of culture and social systems which influence the continuum of healthy growth and development and the theoretical foundations which support knowledge and research in child development. Observational data collection and 25 field hours required.Prerequisite(s): ENG 1280/128 and ECH 4401/4001; consent of department.
