Note that admission to the PharmD program is not guaranteed. Requirements of this program include a completion of 120 semester hours: 36 hours in general education (of which 9 hrs are embedded in the required program and supporting courses); 3 hr in a foreign language; 37 hr in chemistry (34 hrs and 3 hrs general education); 35 hr in supportive courses (29 hrs and 6 hrs general education), and 18 additional credit hours satisfied by the first year coursework in the Pharm D program.
For admission to the CSU PharmD program, please review the PharmD program’s catalog entry. CHPH students are guaranteed an interview to the PharmD program if they have met GPA requirements and have met / in the progress of completing pre-requisite requirements.
