CHEM 1400 - General Chemistry I Lecture Credit Hours: 3
CHEM 1410 - General Chemistry I Laboratory Credit Hours: 1
CHEM 1450 - General Chemistry II Lecture Credit Hours: 3
CHEM 1460 - General Chemistry II Laboratory Credit Hours: 1

Elective Courses (12 credit hrs)

Completion of 6 hours chosen from the five foundational areas of chemistry as defined by the American Chemical Society:
CHEM 2400 - Organic Chemistry I Lecture Credit Hours: 3
CHEM 2800 - Analytic Chemistry I Lecture Credit Hours: 3
CHEM 3240 - Inorganic Chemistry Credit Hours: 3
CHEM 4200 - Microscopic Physical Chemistry Credit Hours: 3
CHEM 4303 - Biochemistry I Lecture Credit Hours: 3
Additional 6 credits of 2000 level or higher coursework in chemistry to be selected with the help of a department
advisor.
