ROTC Organizational Leadership Minor

The ROTC Organizational Leadership minor is an option for all Military Science cadets. In addition to required Military Science courses, cadets complete two Psychology Courses.

The requirements for the minor must be completed prior to graduation in order for the minor to appear on the transcript.

Required (6 credits)

PSYC 1100 - Intro To Psyc Credit Hours: 3
PSYC 2100 - Social Psychology Credit Hours: 3

Electives (6-8 credits)

With advisor approval, select four of the following courses

MIL 1002 - Foundations of Leadership Credit Hours: 1
MIL 2001 - Leadership and Ethics Credit Hours: 2
MIL 2002 - Army Doctrine and Decision Making Credit Hours: 2
MIL 3001 - Training Management and Warfighting Function Credit Hours: 2
MIL 3002 - Applied Leadership in Small Unit Operations Credit Hours: 2
MIL 4001 - The Army Officer Credit Hours: 2
MIL 4002 - Company Grade Leadership Credit Hours: 2
