BASIC EPIDEMIOLOGY FOR HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS (3)This introductory course explores the distribution and patterns of health events in populations and the determinants that influence those patterns; epidemiological concepts, methods and tools epidemiologists use to study the distribution of health in populations as applied to both clinical and public health settings.Prerequisites: ENG 1280/128, BIOL 1080/108, H SC 3329/329, MATH 1200/162; or consent of department chairperson.
