FL&L 4675 - FL Student Teaching K-12

STUDENT TEACHING AND SEMINAR: K-12/FIELD (6)Off-campus placement in elementary and secondary level schools. University and cooperating school supervision. Five full days including seminar for 16 weeks. No other courses may be taken during the semester of student teaching.Prerequisite: Admission to the College of Education; completion of all coursework in the approved program; 2.5 grade point average in area of specialization, in professional education, and in all coursework required in the approved program; and a passing score on the subject matter/content area certification test within the last five years.
