TRIAL PRACTICE (3)Basic trial skills and techniques, including motion practice, opening and closing statements, direct and cross examination, impeachment, admissible evidence, and objections.Prerequisite: Completion of or concurrent enrollment in CJ 1200/200, 2309/309 and 2316/316, English 1280/128, or consent of the department; completion of CMAT2030/203 or consent of the instructor.
