The development of this body of law through US Supreme Court decisions interpreting and applying the Bill of Rights. Particularly recommended for law enforcement and Prelaw students.Prerequisite: Completion of or concurrent enrollment in CJ 1200/200, 2309/309 and 2316/316, English 1280/128, or consent of the department; junior standing (60 hours).
