TRIAL PRACTICE (3)Basic trial skills and techniques, including motion practice, opening and closing statements, direct and cross examination, impeachment, admissible evidence, and objections.Prerequisite: Completion of or concurrent enrollment in CJ 200, 309 and 316, English 128, or consent of the department; completion of SPCH 203 or consent of the instructor.
