CHEM 4630 - Methods of Teaching Chemistry and Physical Science in Secondary Schools/ Field

Methods of teaching chemistry and physical science in high school grades 9-12 and middle school grades 6-8. Thirty hours of tutoring middle grade and high school grade students. Credit will not be given for both CHEM 214 and CHEM 4630/363. Prerequisite: Admission to the College of Education, ELCF 4500/353 and READ 4100/306 (or concurrent enrollment in ELCF 4500/353 and READ 4100/306); co-requisite CHEM 0920/092; and consent of the department.
