MULTIPLE FITNESS TRAINING ACTIVITIES (1)Experience various fitness activities for the purpose of creating an active lifestyle. The benefits of cross training are achieved as students experience a different fitness modality every 3 weeks. These activities include, but are not limited to, weight training, step aerobics, spinning and kick boxing.
