NURS 3500 - Nurs Informatics

NURSING INFORMATICS (3)This course explores various applications of informatics as well as current trends for health care delivery across a variety of settings. Students will analyze and evaluate health information systems related to patient care, as well as the impact on the delivery of care in all practice settings. Clinical applications of technology will be emphasized with various populations including those in clinical settings, rural communities and at risk populations and communities.Prerequisite(s): NURS 3400/343.
