WOODWIND INSTRUMENTS LECTURE AND STUDIO /3 (2)Fundamentals of woodwind instrument performance and pedagogy for secondary education; basic goals and teaching techniques; diagnosis and solutions for typical developmental problems; investigation of source literature, materials, recordings, solo and ensemble literature. Instruments studied include: flute, clarinet, oboe, saxophone, and bassoon.Prerequisite: MUSM 1111/111.
