THE ENGLISH RENAISSANCE (3)Representative works written between 1485 and 1603, including poets such as Wyatt, Surrey, Spenser, Raleigh and Drayton as well as prose writers such as Machiavelli, Calvin, Hooker, Fox, Cranmer; also, one of Marlowe’s dramas.Prerequisites: Completion of English Composition I and II (or equivalent) with a grade of C or better; ENG 2100 and ENG 2260.
