BLACK WOMEN WRITERS (3)Seminal pieces of Black women’s writing in all genres. Exploration of definitions of Black women’s writing by examining works of authors such as Jacobs, Harper, Hurston, Walker, bell hooks, Morrison, McMillan, Sanchez, and Jordan.Prerequisite: Successful completion of the English Qualifying Exam, ENG 2100/210 and ENG 2260/226 or consent of the department.
