FRESHMAN SEMINAR: ENGLISH (1)Introduction for incoming freshmen and transfer students to collegiate life. Provides a basic understanding of university, college, and departmental policies, a review of the English curriculum and graduation requirements, an introduction to the learning tools and resources available on campus, and tips for effective time and money management, stress reduction, wellness, and meeting course and faculty expectations. Survey of career opportunities related to the field. For English majors with Freshman standing.Prerequisites: English major with Freshman standing.
