CHEM 4375 - Honors Analytical Chemistry II Molecular identification and spectrometric techniques including: NMR (both 1D and 2D) of carbon and hydrogen, IR, UV/Vis, GC-MS, AA and fluorescence. Separations by chromatography will be continued through investigation of different detectors and separation conditions for GC and HPLC. A capstone project and literature analysis will be required. Credit not given for both CHEM 4375 and CHEM 4365.
Prerequisite(s): CHEM 2510/254; CHEM 2650/265; PHYS 1510/151 or 2110/211; ENG 1270/127 or 1230/123; consent of the department.
