CJ 5343 - Const Crim Procedure CONSTITUTIONAL CRIMINAL PROCEDURE (3) U.S. constitutional law governing what the police and courts can and cannot do in the investigation of crime, and arrest and prosecution of criminals. The development of this body of law through the U.S. Supreme Court decisions interpreting and applying the U.S. Bill of Rights. Particularly recommended for pre-law and law enforcement students. Prerequisites: Completion of CJ graduate program prerequisites.
