BIOL 5725 - PCK Biology

PEDAGOGICAL CONTENT KNOWLEDGE IN BIOLOGY (3/FIELD) In depth examination and practice of Pedagogical Content Knowledge associated with core biology topics taught in high schools. Ten hours of field practicum with observation, tutoring, assisting or supervised teaching. A formal action research project conducted with students in grades 6-12 is required. Additional course fee.
