TECHNIQUES IN MICROSCOPY LECTURE AND LAB (3)Instrument and specimen preparation theory for both light and electron microscopy. Preparation of specimens for examination. Image presentation and image analysis. Substantial work outside of class time is required. Credit will not be given for both BIOL 4451 and BIOL 5451.Prerequisites: Completion of 12 hours in major; BIOL 3051 or consent of department.
