Photography Minor

The minor requires a minimum of 7 courses and 21 credit hours. All requirements for a minor must be completed prior to graduation in order for the minor to appear on the transcript. Grades of C or better are required in all courses to be counted towards completion of the minor.

Minor Requirements (12 credit hrs)

ART 1200 - Drawing I Lecture and Studio Credit Hours: 3
ART 1280 - 2D Design Lecture and Studio Credit Hours: 3
ART 2120 - History of Photography Credit Hours: 3
ART 2360 - Digital Photography I Lecture and Studio Credit Hours: 3

Minor Electives (9 credit hrs)

Any of the following:

ART 2310 - Documentary Photography Credit Hours: 3
ART 2350 - Color Photography I Lecture and Studio Credit Hours: 3
ART 3360 - Digital Photography II Lecture and Studio Credit Hours: 3
or other photography courses, with approval of the program.
