ECH 2020 - Child Development (Ages 0-8)

Continuum of development from conception through age 8. Emphasis on study and observation of developmental domains, including perceptual, motor, cognitive, brain, language, social-emotional development, mental health and temperament, in the context of culture and social systems which influence the continuum of health growth and development and the theoretical foundations which support knowledge and research in child development. Credit will be given for only one of the following: ECH 2020, ECH 4420, or ECH 5420.
