MI S 1510 - Physcl Readiness I PHYSICAL READINESS I /3 (1)Series of four progressive Military Physical Readiness Training courses specifically tailored to provide and develop the stamina, endurance, strength, flexibility, reaction time, coordination, speed, self discipline and self confidence required in performing professional military skills. Also provide the knowledge to plan, conduct and execute an unit level Physical Fitness Program. May be repeated for a maximum of 2 credit hours.
