ART 2050 - Introduction to Sound Art

Explores sound as a medium for creative expression. Topics include digital field recording and editing, physics of sound, history of sound art, and contemporary sound-based practices. Students produce creative projects and participate in a public art exhibition. Additional course fee.Prerequisite: ENG 1270/127 or 1230/123.
