MIL 1113 - Individual Leadership Study

This course is offered in the Summer and provides an in-depth and rigorous exploration designed to refine the essential leadership qualities required for future United States Army officers. Tailored specifically for ROTC cadets, it challenges students to master the art of devising and executing effective marketing strategies. Additionally, participants will learn to craft persuasive content that highlights the diverse advantages of Army enlistment. Through this blend of leadership development and strategic communication, cadets will emerge better prepared to lead, inspire, and recruit the next generation of Army personnel.
